Through March 31, 2006, AT&T has pledged a $1 contribution to The National Arbor Day Foundation for each new AT&T eBill activation and cancellation of AT&T paper bill by a residential or small-business customer, with donations earmarked to support the Foundation's tree-planting and education initiatives across the country. Customers in the traditional 13-state AT&T local territory are eligible. Since the program's introduction in July 2005, monthly enrollments in AT&T eBill have increased by 54 percent.
