What can an individual do to generate clean power? Not everyone is in a position financially or other) to put up solar panels or a wind turbine or a hydro power facility.
Some Pensylvania municipalities are making a go of becoming more green. Most townships over a certain population must recycle - that is the law. Others are taking it to the next level.
